He had graduated from Istanbul University in 2003. Since 2004 he has been working in cinema sector. He is the one of the co-founders of ESR Film Yapım Reklam Tanıtım Ltd specialised in documentary film producing as well as giving broad range of production, post-production, organization and advertising services.

Since 2007 he has worked as an instructor and coordinator at workshops organised by Documentary Filmmakers Association and ESR Film Yapım Reklam Tanıtım Ltd. The films he had directed won many awards nationally and internationally in many important festivals. He is in the board of directors of BSB Association of Documentary Filmmakers.
